Digital Boost was a New Zealand government-funded initiative designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adopt digital tools, offering free, bite-sized training, webinars, and tools to improve productivity and digital literacy. It is a partnership between MBIE and expert partners, providing resources on websites, AI, accounting, and social media. They interviewed me about the tech stack we used at OMGTech! Digital Boost has since been discontinued.
Digital Boost Deep Dive into our Tech Stack
I discuss our organisation’s mission to “smash the digital divide” by addressing social inequity through technology. The Pam Fergusson Charitable Trust focuses on bringing future tech to diverse communities and schools across Aotearoa, ensuring that technology reflects a diverse set of values. To support this work, the team utilizes a professional cloud-based tech stack to maintain efficiency across their various national projects.
