I delivered a workshop on binary mathematics, all taught offline!

Mathematics & the Rainbow

Maths is a bit like brussel sprouts, a lot of people hate them but maybe they have only eaten them overcooked and bland. If we can serve math up to kids in a variety of interesting and engaging ways, then they’ll be enchanted by the magic and symmetry.
In this workshop we mix math and digital technologies (DT). Experience a variety of activities which introduce binary, data representation & storage, Understand where they sit in the new DT curriculum and the existing numeracy framework, & understand how our technology works on its most basic levels.
